Made with care, served with pride
Stonehenge Chips began with a simple belief: even humble food can be made with craft, care, and a little bit of magic. The chips are triple-cooked and hand-cut in a deliberately uneven way, so each portion has its own character — crisp edges here, fluffy middles there, the occasional oversized chip like a proper golden monolith. No two handfuls are quite the same, and everyone seems to find their favourite.
The sauces are made in small batches, from scratch, with real attention paid to flavour, balance, and comfort. They are there to accompany the chips properly — to add warmth, richness, smoke, spice, or indulgence, depending on the path you choose. More recently, meatballs and vegan no-meatballs have joined the circle: both made to stand on their own, but also to sit in harmony with the sauces rather than compete with them.
Everything here is made with pride, patience, and a genuine love of feeding people something memorable. If you see me at The Old Eagle, feel free to say hello — I’m always happy to talk chips, sauces, and how it all came together.
